Sport Front Disc

The Sport Disc hub is not only extremely light but also offers excellent quality and attention to detail. The hub shell is CNC machined from forged 6061 alumnium and has extensive internal maching as well as excess material removed front the disc side flange to help reduce weight down to just 156g! The IS disc mount is designed specifically to cope with the heavy brake forces of trials riding, and at 10mm it is significantly thicker than those on other similar hubs. Top of the range European made SKF sealed cartridge bearings mean that your wheel will stay spinning smoothly even after months of use and no matter what conditions you ride in.

The axle is CNC machined from top grade 7075 aluminium and has been hollowed out to not only save weight but to allow the use of allen key bolts (supplied) or a quick release (sold separately). The axle ends use a grub screw system to secure them in place, meaning the threaded axle feature that is the downfall of similar hubs can be replaced with this stronger system. Both the axle ends and the bolt washers have serrated contact surfaces helping the wheel grip the forks more securely.

The Sport disc hub comes in 32h drilling and a choice of matt black anodising with laser etched Trialtech logos or gloss white powdercoat finish with black Trialtech logos. Each hub is supplied with a pair of bolts and serrated washers.
