Sport Forks

The Trialtech Sport forks have a feature list that makes them one of the most popular trials forks available. The Sport forks feature an extra thick (6mm) one piece CNC machined steerer that offers high levels of stiffness and strength. The legs feature an increased weld contact area at the crown, helping distribute stress better and allow the overall design to take maximum benefit from the one piece streerer.

The Sport Disc forks have a disc mount design that is aimed at distributing the braking forces across a wider area and more individual contact points, helping the fork cope with larger, more powerful disc brakes than many other forks. Furthermore, the 26 forks feature a +20mm disc mount position, allowing riders to benefit from the extra power of a larger disc brake without the need for adding the weight of an adaptor.

The Sport HS33 forks feature brake mounts positioned on the rear of the fork, this gives a more powerful front brake, a benefit that is particularly noticeable when gapping or going up to front wheel. By using a two piece brake mount design (instead of the traditional one piece design) and smooth welding, the Sport HS33 forks help to distribute the braking forces more efficiently.

To simplify assembly, the Sport forks feature a one piece CNC threaded top cap that screws directly in to the steerer itself and replaces the various parts needed for a traditional star-nut system. The forks are finished in a tough matt black anodising and feature a stylish and bold Trialtech laser etched logo on the front of the right hand leg. Total weight for the fork including the top cap and a full length steerer is 900g for the 26 fork (HS33 version) and 864g for the 20 fork (HS33 version). Customer rating: 5/5.

Please note: In addition to our standard warranty terms and conditions, the use/fitment of any steerer extension will automatically void your warranty. The threaded steerer is only designed for use with the top cap supplied. Using the forks with a steerer extension may compromise safety and could result in serious injury.

Disc forks are designed to run a maximum rotor size of 185mm, using a larger rotor will void the warranty.
